General conditions of carriage for postcard mailings
1. Scope
These general conditions govern the relationships between Customers and Express Group srl or its resellers or agents regarding the international transport of letters, documents and postcards.
2. Description of service, valid only for postcards
With the sale of prepaid stickers, Friend Post undertakes to provide the following services:
- collection of the collected postcards by our representatives by taking them from the appropriate yellow box
- supply of information material on the destination of the areas served
- numbered mapping of sales and collection points, relating to the location of purchase of the stickers
- sorting and dispatch by country of destination
- delivery to destination within 10 working days for 70% of postcards
3. Sale price
The recommended retail price is divided as follows:
ATTENTION: FOR SHIPMENTS TO ITALY ONLY THE STICKER WITH BLUE BORDER IS VALID
ZONE 1, CEE Europe: €1.50 including VAT (22%).
ZONE 2, Rest of the World: €2.50 VAT free.
ZONE 3, ITALY: €1.50 VAT included (22%).
The images contained within the stickers may vary and do not determine the area served.
Express Group srl is not responsible for prices charged that are higher than the retail price

4. Use of third parties
The Express Group srl company has the right to use third parties for the provision of its services
5. Changes to the general conditions
Express Group srl reserves the right to modify these transport conditions at any time, the modifications will be appropriately communicated to the customer.
